Job Summary: The Blind Carpet Cleaner Ltd. is a reputable cleaning company specializing in blind and carpet cleaning services. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaners. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' blinds and carpets, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform blind and carpet cleaning duties according to company standards and procedures.
• Carry out thorough cleaning of blinds and carpets using appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and solutions.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize blinds and carpets to remove dirt, stains, allergens, and odors.
• Inspect blinds and carpets for any damages, such as tears, stains, or frayed edges, and report them to the supervisor.
• Utilize cleaning agents and chemicals safely and in accordance with the company's guidelines.
• Move furniture, if necessary, to facilitate cleaning and ensure all areas are properly cleaned.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Maintain and clean the cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests.
• Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in blind and carpet cleaning or related cleaning positions is preferred.
• Knowledge of different types of blinds, carpets, and appropriate cleaning methods is an asset.
• Familiarity with various cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning agents.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment or furniture, if required.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Working Conditions:

• This position may require working on weekends, evenings, or holidays, based on client demands.
• The work environment may involve exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals. Proper safety measures and personal protective equipment will be provided.
• Physical requirements may include standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy equipment or furniture.
