Position Overview: Whitecourt Cabs Corporation is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Taxi Driver. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our passengers in the Whitecourt area. Responsibilities:

1. Provide safe and reliable transportation services to passengers within the Whitecourt area.
2. Operate a taxi vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
3. Pick up passengers from designated locations and transport them to their requested destinations promptly and safely.
4. Maintain a clean and well-maintained taxi vehicle, ensuring regular inspections, cleanliness, and routine maintenance checks.
5. Keep accurate records of daily activities, including mileage, fares collected, and passenger information.
6. Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
7. Handle cash transactions, provide accurate change, and issue receipts when required.
8. Follow dispatch instructions and respond to service calls promptly, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
9. Maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience.
10. Stay updated with current road conditions, construction sites, and any other factors that may affect transportation routes and time estimations.
11. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and guidelines.
13. Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions to the appropriate authorities and supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
2. Minimum of [X] years of driving experience, preferably as a taxi driver or in a similar role.
3. Excellent knowledge of the Whitecourt area, including major streets, landmarks, and popular destinations.
