Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations within the resort.
- Assist with loading and unloading of luggage and other belongings.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and ensure a smooth driving experience for all passengers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to fulfill transportation requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned vehicle.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience as a professional driver.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality environments is a plus.
