Job Overview:

USO in Kuwait is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Duty Manager. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring exceptional service delivery to military service members and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to maintain efficient operations.
  • Ensure adherence to USO policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Monitor facility usage and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and programs.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records related to center operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service setting.
  • Experience working with military service members and families is advantageous.
