Job Overview

The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer inquiries and requests with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and process payments using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations
