    Job Overview

    Marriott International in Kuwait is currently seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to oversee the operations of our front desk and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Front Desk Manager will play a pivotal role in managing guest check-in/check-out processes, resolving guest issues, and leading a team of front desk associates.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and reservations management
    • Supervise and provide guidance to front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
    • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints, addressing inquiries, and anticipating guest needs
    • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, room inventory, and financial transactions
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure smooth operations
    • Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain security and safety standards
    • Conduct regular inspections of front desk areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing, budget management, and report generation

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Proven experience in a front desk or guest services management role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suite

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk or guest services management
    • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
