Job Overview

The Hotel Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, replenishing supplies such as towels, toiletries, and toilet paper
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any inventory shortages to the supervisor
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team
• Follow hotel cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly

Qualifications/Skills
