Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and experiments as per established protocols and procedures.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments used for analysis and research.
- Prepare and handle samples, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of test results and experimental findings.
- Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and other team members to achieve project objectives.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methodologies.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with equipment and assays.
- Participate in quality control and assurance programs to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the field of laboratory sciences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, medical technology, etc.).
- Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician or relevant laboratory work is preferred.

- Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and documentation.
