    Job Overview

    The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to our customers. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy laws
    • Oversee the dispensing of medications and provide clinical services, including medication therapy management
    • Maintain accurate and secure pharmacy records, including prescription and inventory management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance pharmacy operations
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues promptly
    • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes
    • Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory to ensure availability of medications and supplies
    • Train and mentor pharmacy staff, promoting professional development and growth

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations
    • Proficiency in pharmacy management software and tools
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field
    • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the relevant regulatory body
    • Previous experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting
    • Experience in community pharmacy is preferred
