Job Overview
Mövenpick in Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances related to plumbing systems
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent leaks, clogs, and other issues
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and develop effective solutions
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in plumbing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair
