Job Overview

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules
• Ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently and safely
• Monitor and maintain production quality standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate production staff
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
