Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during flights.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating and catering to passengers' needs.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings and assist with the boarding process.
- Perform in-flight services, including serving meals and beverages.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with the entire crew to maintain a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Training in aviation or hospitality is an asset.
Working Environments:
- Irregular working hours, including weekends and holidays.
