Job Overview
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming clients, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the company’s scheduling system
- Maintain and update client records and files
- Assist clients with completing forms and other paperwork
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection standards
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with scheduling and billing software is preferred
