    Job Overview:

    We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Canada. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
    • Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other team members.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
    • Oversee restaurant marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
    • Manage restaurant budget and financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Strong leadership and management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
    • Food safety certification is required.
    • Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and other relevant software.

    Working Environments:
