Job Overview

The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the store’s presentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with selecting merchandise
• Provide detailed information about products, including fabric, fit, and care instructions
• Assist customers with trying on clothing and provide honest and constructive feedback
• Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner
• Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and keeping fitting rooms tidy
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or product requests to management
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and store promotions to better assist customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
