    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience insights strategy.
    • Design and implement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other tools to collect customer input.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on customer feedback.
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
    • Lead a team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer insights.

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in customer experience management or related roles.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer experience or related roles.
    • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
