    IKEA is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team in Kuwait as a Shop Manager. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IKEA store, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead a team of sales associates, supervisors, and other staff members.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
    • Ensure excellent customer service by coaching and training staff on product knowledge and service standards.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and execution of promotions and events.
    • Implement health and safety protocols to create a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
