    Job Title: Social Worker

    Responsibilities

    Conducting Assessments

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs and challenges.
    • Develop personalized care plans and intervention strategies to address clients' social and emotional well-being.

    Providing Counselling and Support

    • Offer emotional support, counseling, and guidance to individuals facing various social and mental health issues.
    • Assist clients in coping with challenging life situations, such as abuse, trauma, and mental health disorders.

    Advocating for Clients

    • Act as an advocate for clients' rights and interests, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources.
