Job Overview:

Alshaya in Kuwait is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of store operations including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
