Reporting to the company's directors and supporting the legal team, responsible for all corporate legal matters to protect the corporate clients against legal risks and violations, representing the company in legal proceedings, and assisting in commercial agreements.
• To contribute to corporate litigations, legal notices, and their replies
• To resolve financial disputes between the companies and customers
• Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
• Responsible for registration of the trademark, copyright, patent, and industrial design
• To contribute in replies to income tax audits, appeals, and related tribunal matters
• To file the individual, AOP, and company’s income tax returns and related compliances
• To participate in tribunal matters of trademark, copyright, patent, and related litigations
• To register the sales tax registration number (STRN) and to file returns and related compliances
• Responsible to file initial, and upcoming compliances, amendments, and related legal documentation

Assist the finance team in final accounts, income tax return filings, sales tax return filings, compliances, and corporate matters of a company. Each day, processes invoices, records payments, and tracks expenses of the organization. In some cases, supervises other staff members who assist with the bookkeeping duties. Each expense must be cross checked with the corresponding invoice, to ensure that the billing is accurate. Communicating with customers is a regular duty of the job.
