Job Overview:
Talabat in Kuwait is seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing products in our warehouse facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Safely and efficiently unload trucks and move products to designated storage areas.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and inventory.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math skills for counting and calculating inventory levels.
- Prior experience in warehousing or logistics preferred but not required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment is a plus.
