Job Description: As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure that our clients’ spaces are kept clean and tidy. Your main responsibilities will include:
- General Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and sanitized.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately, following established guidelines and procedures.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels.
- Surface Cleaning: Wipe down surfaces, including windows, walls, and furniture, using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.
- Kitchen/Break Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks, and other relevant areas, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Stocking and Replenishing: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be restocked. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Specialized Cleaning: Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or floor polishing, as required.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical Stamina: The role involves standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliability: Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
