Job Overview
Hotel Indigo in Oman is currently seeking experienced and detail-oriented Accountants to join our dynamic team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in financial planning and forecasting.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accountant in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
