Marriott International is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounts Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and statements in accordance with Marriott International's policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Provide support and guidance to accounting staff, including training and development opportunities.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
