Commissionaires, a trusted security and support services provider, is seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Airport Drivers in Canada. As an Airport Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing transportation services for passengers, employees, and cargo within airport facilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers, employees, and cargo to and from designated locations within airport premises.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and airport policies while operating vehicles.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and other items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of assigned vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and clients.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during transportation activities.
Qualifications/Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a professional driver preferred.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with airport operations and facilities is a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of defensive driving or similar training programs is desirable.
- Previous experience in transportation or customer service roles preferred.
Working Environments
