Job Overview:
Qatar Airways in Doha is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Airport Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities at the airport. The Airport Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of cargo and materials for our airline operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and dispatching cargo and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in warehouse operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.
- Plan and organize warehouse layouts and storage areas to optimize space utilization.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock movement and accuracy.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of warehouse facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to cargo handling and storage.
- Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance skills and performance.
