Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide personalized recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area.
- Operate coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with general cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in beverage preparation.
Education and Experience Requirements
