Job Responsibilities

- Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending against budget
- Collaborate with auditors and prepare necessary documentation for audits
Qualifications/Skills
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience in managing financial transactions for multiple clients is a plus
