Job Overview

As a Bread Baker at JC's Hot Bagels, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products to ensure our customers receive the highest quality baked goods. This role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including bagels, loaves, rolls, and specialty breads, according to established recipes and procedures.
• Measure and mix ingredients to form dough, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Experiment with new recipes and techniques to expand the bakery's offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, including fulfilling special orders and answering questions about products.
