Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to clients in accordance with their personalized care plans.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Administer medication under the supervision and guidance of licensed nurses.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of clients.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and recreational outings as required.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of care provided and any observations made.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent program is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or similar role is a strong asset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and perform tasks that involve lifting and bending.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to relocate and work in various locations across Canada.
