Job Overview

The Cook at CHIANTI CAFE & RESTAURANT will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Italian dishes according to established recipes and standards. This role requires a high level of culinary skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently
• Assisting with the preparation of ingredients and mise en place
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Responsibilities

• Execute all cooking and food preparation tasks with precision and efficiency
