    Job Responsibilities:

    2. Problem Resolution:
      • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
      • Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
    3. Order Processing:
      • Facilitate order placement, tracking, and resolution of delivery issues.
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
    4. Communication:
      • Effectively communicate product information and policies to customers.
      • Keep customers informed about order status and updates.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
