Job Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and assist with check-in and boarding processes.
- Handle inquiries and provide assistance to passengers regarding flight information, baggage, and other services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and passenger satisfaction.
- Assist passengers with special needs or requests, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer service areas.
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
- Training in customer service techniques and procedures is advantageous.
