Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, following all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Deliver packages, food, or other goods to customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery and obtain customer signatures as needed
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, providing correct change and receipts
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns professionally

Qualifications/Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with the local area
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous delivery or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of using GPS devices and navigation apps
