Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Workers Supervisor to oversee agricultural operations on our farm located in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of farm workers, ensuring efficient and effective production while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of farm workers, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and packaging crops.
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Monitor crop conditions and implement appropriate measures to maintain quality and productivity.
- Train new workers on farming techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
- Maintain records of inventory, production, and equipment maintenance.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with farm managers to develop and implement operational plans and strategies.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience in agricultural production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and farm equipment operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in farm management or supervision preferred.
- Certification in agricultural studies or related field is an asset.
