HILTI is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers in the construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of HILTI products and equipment
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement customer-specific solutions
- Assist with product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product usage
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations to customers
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the construction industry
