voco in Doha is currently seeking a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise food and beverage service operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities
- Train and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain brand standards
- Assist in developing and implementing service procedures and policies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and ordering
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Working Environments
- Restaurant and banquet environments with varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Interaction with guests, staff, and management teams
