Job Overview:

InterContinental in Doha is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel management and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to hotel staff to achieve operational excellence and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate hotel performance against key performance indicators and benchmarks.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff.
