Marriott International, a leading hospitality company in Dubai, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the Hotel Cleanliness department. As a member of the Hotel Cleanliness team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our hotel.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and remote controls.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications/Skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Training in housekeeping procedures is a plus.
