Job Overview

Marriott International is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety regulations
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to cleanliness and housekeeping services
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address cleaning and maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Prepare reports and maintain records of cleaning activities, inspection findings, and staff performance

Qualifications/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping or cleanliness management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
