Job Description
Talbot Arm Motel Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motel. This role involves managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the motel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise all motel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and ensure quality service
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the motel is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety and health regulations
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase occupancy and revenue
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
- Prepare and present regular reports to the ownership regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives
