Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize hotel performance and achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain brand standards
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to maximize profitability
- Build relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive customer loyalty
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
