Job Overview:

Anantara is currently seeking a competent and efficient Hotel Operator to join our team in Oman. The Hotel Operator will be responsible for managing incoming calls, directing guests to appropriate departments, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals within the hotel.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to voicemail messages and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest requests.
  • Proficiency in operating telephone systems and basic computer software.

Education and Experience Requirements:
