Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels in the storeroom.
- Rotate stock and ensure proper storage of perishable items.
- Prepare orders for various departments within the hotel.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom.
Qualifications/Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
