Job Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Linen Management: Manage and replenish bed linens, towels, and other room amenities.
- Surface Sanitization: Regularly disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and report on housekeeping supplies, coordinating with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Guest Assistance: Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
