    Avamels Printing Solutions is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new employee orientations.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, updating HR databases, and managing employee documentation.
    • Support employee relations initiatives, including addressing employee inquiries and concerns and participating in disciplinary actions when necessary.
    • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
    • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.

    Working Environments

    • Office-based role, working closely with the HR team and other departments.
    • Occasional requirement for travel within Saudi Arabia for training or meetings.
