    Job Overview

    Richemont, a global luxury goods company, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
    • Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding programs
    • Oversee employee relations activities, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
    • Manage the employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records and reporting requirements
    • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
    • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles

    Working Environments

    • Office environment with occasional travel to other locations as needed
