Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Working Environments:
- Office environment with occasional meetings and interactions with employees and management.
- May require occasional travel for training or meetings.
