Job Overview:
Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts is seeking a qualified individual to join our team in Oman for an IT position. The IT professional will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hotel's information technology infrastructure to ensure seamless operation of systems and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and security checks.
