Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote books and engage with readers.
- Coordinate production processes, from typesetting to printing, ensuring timely delivery.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new publishing opportunities.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with publishing software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Publishing, or related field.
- Previous experience in publishing, either through internships or entry-level positions, is preferred.
