Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with authors, editors, and designers to produce high-quality publications.
  • Edit and proofread manuscripts to ensure accuracy and adherence to the publishing standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote books and engage with readers.
  • Coordinate production processes, from typesetting to printing, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify new publishing opportunities.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
  • Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with publishing software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Publishing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in publishing, either through internships or entry-level positions, is preferred.
